About Us 国际微无创医学会简介

The International Society of Minimally Invasive and Virtual Surgery (ISMIVS, previously known as International Society of Minimally Invasive and Noninvasive Medicine) was founded in July 2013 at the gala of the 1st Yangtze International Summit of Minimally Invasive and Noninvasive Medicine in Chongqing, China. ISMIVS envisions to accelerating the progress in minimally invasive and noninvasive medicine by promoting research, education, communication, and international collaboration.
国际微无创医学会(ISMIVS)是在 2013 年 7 月在中国重庆召开的第一届国际微无创医学长江高峰论坛上宣布成立的,旨在通过学术研究、教育、交流以及国际合作加快微无创医学的发展。

In July 2023, the Young ISMIVS Committee was formally established in order to respond to the development trend of minimally invasive and noninvasive medicine, and further consolidate the core group of young physicians.
为顺应微无创医学发展的趋势,进一步凝聚中青年微无创医学骨干的力量,推动微无创医学的发展。2023年7月,国际微无创医学会“青年委员会”(以下简称“青委会”)正式成立。
As the youth force of the new era in the field of minimally invasive and noninvasive medicine, the Young ISMIVS Committee carries the important mission of enlightening medical innovation and leading the development of this field. It will become a solid pillar to promote the breakthroughs in minimally invasive and noninvasive medicine to new heights through its unique vitality and profound deposits.
青委会作为微无创领域新时代的青春力量,承载着启迪医学创新、引领微无创技术发展的重要使命,将凭借其独特的创新活力和深厚的专业积淀,成为推动微无创领域不断突破、迈向新高峰的坚实砥柱。

Surgical treatment is rapidly developing towards minimally invasive and non-invasive, and less surgical trauma is related to patient’s benefit. On June 21-22, 2025 Yangtze Summit of Minimally Invasive and Noninvasive Medicine & Annual Academic Conference of the Focused Ultrasound Therapy Branch of Chongqing Medical Association, organized by the International Society for Minimally Invasive Medicine (ISMIVS), hosted by Chongqing Medical University and Focused Ultrasound Therapy Branch of Chongqing Medical Association, co-hosted by The Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University and National Engineering Research Center of Ultrasound Medicine, kicked off in Chongqing, China.
外科治疗正快速向微创化、无创化发展,手术创伤更小关系我国全民健康的实现。6 月 21 至 22 日,由国际微无创医学会、重庆市医学会主办,重庆医科大学、重庆市医学会聚焦超声治疗分会承办,重庆医科大学附属第二医院、超声医疗国家工程研究中心协办的“2025 微无创医学长江论坛暨重庆市医学会聚焦超声治疗分会学术年会”在渝顺利举行。
The Yangtze Summit of Minimally Invasive and Noninvasive Medicine has been held for 5 consecutive times since 2013 and has made a great impact in the field of minimally invasive and noninvasive medicine. The conference is the largest, most attended and most influential international event in the field of minimally invasive and noninvasive medicine. More than 500 experts and professionals from all over the world gathered in Chongqing to explore the latest progress and future of this field.
微无创医学长江论坛自 2013 年以来已连续举办了 5 届,在微无创医学领域产生了极大的影响力。本届会议是全球范围内微无创医学领域规模最大、参与人数最多、最具影响力的国际盛会,全球超 500 余位专家学者齐聚重庆,共探微无创医学的最新进展与未来。

Prof. Philippe Descamps, the President of ISMIVS, said in his opening address: “Having had the privilege of contributing to the early development of laparoscopy over 40 years ago, I’ve witnessed firsthand the evolution from minimally invasive to truly non-invasive approaches. Over the years, my work has focused on reducing the physical toll of surgery—always guided by the principle of first, do no harm. Focused ultrasound represents more than an evolution—it marks a turning point, offering non-invasive treatment where surgery once seemed inevitable. High-quality clinical trials and structured training will be key to ensuring that focused ultrasound is used safely, effectively, and widely.”
国际微无创医学会主席菲利普•德康致辞,自己有幸在40多年前为腹腔镜的早期发展做出了贡献,亲眼目睹了从微创到真正无创方法的演变。多年来,工作一直专注于减少手术的身体伤害——始终遵循“首先不伤害”的原则,以尽可能小的创伤治疗疾病。聚焦超声代表的不仅仅是一种进化,它标志着一个转折点,在曾经手术不可避免的情况下提供了非侵入性治疗。高质量的临床试验和结构化培训将是确保聚焦超声安全、有效和广泛使用的关键。

Mr. Xu Yongzhu, the Vice President and Secretary-General of Chongqing Medical Association, delivered a speech that modern medicine has moved from invasive to minimally invasive and non-invasive, with focused ultrasound, endoscopy, laparoscopy, interventional radiation, targeted ablation, and other technologies as the core, to promote the evolution of medicine from "treating diseases" to "protecting organs, functions and wellness". Minimally invasive and noninvasive medicine has leaped from technology supplement to the core pillar of modern diagnosis and treatment system.
重庆市医学会副会长兼秘书长徐永柱致辞,现代医学从大创、有创,走向微创、无创,以聚焦超声、内镜/腔镜手术、介入放射、靶向消融等技术为核心,推动医学从“治病”向“保器官、保功能、保尊严” 进化,微无创医学已从技术补充跃升为现代诊疗体系的核心支柱。

Mr. Xing Yazhen, Deputy Director of Chongqing Municipal Health Commission, said that the core concept of minimally invasive and noninvasive treatment is to reduce the harm to patients, which is one of the important directions for the future development of medicine. Focused ultrasound is a representative technology in this field, which is widely used in the treatment and rehabilitation of gynecological diseases and malignant tumors, and can meet the diversified and personalized diagnosis and treatment needs of patients, which is of great significance to the national health strategic actions such as maternal and child health, cancer prevention and treatment.
重庆市卫生健康委员会副主任邢雅翕致辞,微无创医疗以减少患者创伤为核心理念,是人类医学未来发展的重要方向之一。聚焦超声技术是该领域的代表技术,它广泛应用于妇科疾病及恶性肿瘤治疗与康复保健,能够满足患者的多元化、个性化诊疗需求,对妇幼健康、癌症防治等国家卫生健康战略行动具有重要意义。

The Summit has one keynote session, four parallel sessions, 16 special lectures and more than 150 top speakers, covering the development of minimally invasive and noninvasive medicine in gynecology, breast surgery, oncology, brain science, rehabilitation and health care. At the same time, international case competitions, young physician forum, debate contests, nursing skill seminar, outpatient operation and management, and high-quality hospital development forums have been set up, with "innovation, integration and development" as the core, through interdisciplinary collision and in-depth linkage of production, education and research, to build a high level platform in the field of minimally invasive and noninvasive medicine.
本次大会设立 1 个主会场,4 个分会场,16 场专题讲座,超 150 余位顶尖专家授课,内容涉及妇科、乳腺外科、肿瘤科、脑科学、康复保健等领域的微无创医学的发展。同时设立国际病例大赛、青年医师论坛,青年医师辩论赛,微无创护理,日间门诊运营管理,医院高质量发展论坛等,以“创新、融合、发展”为核心,通过多学科交叉碰撞、产学研用深度联动,为微无创医学领域搭建了高水平的学术交流平台。
After the opening ceremony, Mao Zhenbin, President of China Association for the Promotion of Quality and Safety of Food and Drug Enterprises and Academician of the United Nations-International Academy of Ecological Life Safety Sciences; Prof. Philippe Descamps, Past Vice President of the International Federation of Obstetrics and Gynecology (FIGO) and current President of ISMIVS, Professor Ji Xunming, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering; Professor David Cranston from Oxford University; Prof. Alan Matsumoto, Chair of the Board of Chancellors of the American College of Radiology (ACR); Prof. Chyi-long Lee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Asia-Pacific Association for Gynecologic Endoscopy and Minimally Invasive Therapy (APAGE); Prof. Witthaya Thithaphan, Chairman of the Thai Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology; Prof. Carlos Salazar, the Vice President of the Mexican Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology; Prof. Wang Zhibiao of Chongqing Medical University, Prof. Chen Chunlin of Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University, and other well-known experts gave keynote speeches.

This article is to investigate the efficacy and safety of focused ultrasound treatment for high-risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) infection-related cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade 2 (CIN2) in nulligravidae under 35 y old, while also assessing pregnancy outcomes post-treatment.

本文探讨聚焦超声治疗 35 岁以下未妊娠高危人乳头瘤病毒 (HR-HPV) 感染相关宫颈上皮内瘤变 2 级 (CIN2) 的疗效和安全性,并评估治疗后的妊娠结局。

A total of 31 eligible patients were recruited and underwent FU treatment. At the 6-mo follow-up, partial response was seen in eight out of 31 patients (25.80%). The average duration from pathological diagnosis to achieving either a complete response or partial response after treatment was 214.36 ± 24.31 (186–270) d. The baseline remission rate for HPV was 35.48% at 6 mo, increasing to 71.49% at 12 mo. Among the patients desiring pregnancy, the successful pregnancy rate was 57.14%, resulting in eight deliveries.

共纳入 31 例符合条件的患者,并接受聚焦超声治疗。6 个月随访时,8 例患者 (25.80%) 获得部分缓解。从病理诊断到治疗后达到完全缓解或部分缓解的平均时间为 214.36±24.31 (186-270) 天。6 个月时 HPV 基线缓解率为35.48%,12 个月时缓解率上升至 71.49%。在有妊娠意愿的患者中,成功妊娠率为 57.14%,共分娩 8 例。

FU demonstrated a favorable safety profile and efficacy in nulliparous females under 35 y old with CIN2, and its benefits for fertility warrant further investigation.

This review focuses on the role of laparoscopic surgery (LPS) and highlights its benefits, limitations, and future directions in this vulnerable population. By examining recent findings, this study provides timely insights into the application of minimally invasive surgical techniques in the elderly.

No patient should be excluded from minimally invasive surgery based on age alone. Laparoscopic surgery offers considerable advantages for elderly women with gynecologic cancers, balancing oncologic efficacy with reduced perioperative morbidity. Future research must focus on inclusive trials and geriatric-specific guidelines to optimize outcomes and broaden the applicability of minimally invasive techniques in this population.
任何患者都不应仅因年龄而被排除在微创手术之外。腹腔镜手术对老年女性妇科癌症患者具有相当大的优势,既能平衡肿瘤疗效,又能降低围手术期发病率。未来的研究必须集中在包容性试验和老年特异性指南上,以优化结果并扩大微创技术在这一人群中的适用性。
